Conversant are a Voice Over IP provider, and originally got in contact for some relatively simple support work on their Drupal website. Not long after they came to us with some slightly more complex requirements - wanting to integrate their Drupal website with their billing and provisioning system.

Basically, their billing system was just too ugly and clunky to show to customers, so we did some API integration work, and pulled that data through into their Drupal site, applied some theming over the top, and voila, a good looking and customer friendly interface.

"Web Industries have helped Conversant quickly and cost-effectively address several bugs, add new functionality, and make amendments to our Drupal site after our previous developer left us in the lurch.  Most recently they have developed a custom module to enable our Drupal website to interact with our billing and provisioning system using SOAP web services to display a client’s account details and call history.  All work has been completed promptly, on time, and within a very reasonable budget.
